Make the shape of “V

Press the second fingers simultaneously at the inner corner of the eyebrows, then with the first fingers press to the outer corners of the eyebrows. Look in the direction of the ceiling and revitalization the skin below the eyes upwards into a strong squint and then relax. Repeat the exercise 6 times more and finish by squeezing eyes shut tightly for 10 seconds. 


Smooth your smile

This exercise is good for saggy skin and cheek lines. It can be a good alternative to lower facelifts and fillers. Make your mouth in the shape of “o” and hide your teeth behind your lips. Try to smile widely while keeping the teeth hidden and repeat it 5 times. Hold the smile shape while placing your index finger on the chin and start to move the jaw up and down as the head tilts gently back. Relax and repeat two-three times more. 


Smooth your eyebrows

Place your hands on the forehead inclined inwards and blow out all of the fingers among the eyebrows and hairline. Sweep the fingers outwards across the forehead, applying light pressure to tighten the skin. Relax and repeat it 10 times. 

To lift the eyebrows

This exercise is beneficial for deep eye hollows and drooping eyebrows. It is a good alternate for eyebrow lifting treatment. Put your first finger under each eye, pointing towards the nose. Cover the teeth behind your lips while making the o shaped mouth. Flutter the eyelids while looking towards the ceiling for 30-40 seconds.
