How to do

Ø Make fists and place them on your forehead in the middle

Ø Apply pressure with the help of your first two fingers

Ø Now slide your fist slowly to the sides and also ensure that the pressure is maintained

Ø The movement should be stopped at the temples hence apply a little more pressure at that point and repeat the same nearly 4-5 times.

Jaw Stretch

Jaw stretch is said to be the best neck firming exercise for tightening your jawline. This exercise helps to lose any extra fat present over your jaws and also prevents fine lines and helps in reducing the double chin too.

How to do

Ø Pucker or tightly gather your lips towards the right side of your face till you get a nice feel of stretch on your cheek

Ø Tilt your head to 45 degrees on the right and then turn your head towards the right

Ø Hold the same position for at least 3-5 seconds to feel a stretch in the neck

Ø Repeat the same once towards the right side and once towards the left
